DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY+ PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Orders placed by 12PM on weekdays (MST) are eligible for same-day delivery. Business Delivery is guaranteed before 5 PM and should be place a day in advance to ensure we can make the delivery within business hours and Residential Delivery by 8 PM. When placing your online order, you can schedule your order for a future delivery date. We are closed and do not make deliveries on Sundays or Statutory Holidays. Please Contact Us directly to inquire about a timed delivery.  We are unable to make any specific times deliveries.

Scheduling a special timed delivery requires at least 24 hours' notice and has a surcharge of an additional $12.00 for all orders withing the city limits, excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays. During peak flower holidays (Mother's Day, Valentine's, and Christmas). We cannot guarantee timed deliveries on flower holidays, including Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, due to the volume of deliveries. .

Deliveries Claim Non-Delivery

We call all recipients in advance of deliveries being made to confirm their address as well as someone being home to receive their flowers. If you place an order and claim it was not delivered to the recipient, please allow us 24-48 hours for a complete investigation into the matter. Small Flower has partnered with a third party delivery service to deliver floral orders locally. In many cases, it is a simple matter that delivery was attempted and no one was available at the home or office to accept delivery and no neighbors or other parties were able to take delivery on the recipient’s behalf. If this is the case, Small Flower reserves the right to attempt redelivery of your order. On the rare occasion that we discover no delivery attempt was made, we will provide you with a full refund. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim. Rejected Delivery.  If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery, whatever the reason, Small Flower will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision.

REFUND POLICY

For damaged products, a photo must be sent to flowers@smallflower.ca immediately after delivery (within 4 hours of the arrival) for credit request claims to be considered.

We guarantee our flowers for 24 hours after receiving them if they are correctly hydrated. 

Some individual stems will outlast others, which is normal. If you are not satisfied with your flowers' longevity or quality, you must email flowers@smallflower.ca within 24 hours of delivery with a description and a photo before any credit request will be considered. Partial refunds may be issued for the value of the stems that have been affected, not the entire bouquet. Refunds are only issued in the form of an in-store credit to the customer for use towards future orders. For more detail please look at our

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us by email flowers@smallflower.ca. All orders for pickup and delivery must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the day of the original pickup and delivery date. An in-store credit (towards your next order) will be issued for any cancellation that is made with less than 24 hours notice. For complete details please visit Terms of Services and  Waivers of Liability
