​💘 Valentine’s Day FAQ
When should I place my Valentine’s Day order?
As early as possible. Valentine’s Day is one of our busiest times of the year, and once we reach capacity we’ll need to stop accepting orders.
Are Valentine’s Day orders refundable?
All live product sales (flowers & plants) are FINAL for Valentine’s Day orders placed between February 11–14.
Can I pick up my Valentine’s order?
Yes! We highly encourage curbside pick-up if you’re able. It helps us keep deliveries running smoothly during this busy time.
Why is my pick-up time important?
Please arrive as close as possible to your selected pick-up time. If you arrive early, your flowers may not be ready yet.
If you need to change your pick-up time, please call us as soon as possible.
What time will Valentine’s Day deliveries arrive?
Valentine’s Day deliveries will arrive anywhere between 11:00 am and 8:30 pm. Due to high order volume, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Unfortunately, no. Timed deliveries are not available during Valentine’s Day.
What information do I need to provide at checkout?
Please double-check all delivery details before submitting your order, including the recipient’s name, address, phone number, and card message, bonus point if you have their email.
Due to high order volume, we may not be able to contact you to clarify missing or unusual details.
Will the recipient be contacted before delivery?
Sometimes, yes — especially for apartments, condos, businesses, or secure buildings. Our driver may contact the recipient before leaving the shop to ensure they’re available to recieve their delivery.
This doesn’t ruin the surprise — it just adds a little anticipation.
What happens if the flowers can’t be delivered?
If flowers cannot be safely left, you may choose shop pick-up or request a re-delivery for a later dte
Please note: re-delivery requires an additional fee equal to 100% of the original delivery fee.
If a recipient refuses delivery, unfortunately no refunds or returns are available.
Can flowers be left outside?
Flowers may only be left outside if the weather is accomidating and tempatures about 4 degrees and if there is a safe, secure, weather-protected space for the flowers to be left. We will want advance permission to ensure a safe delivery.
Flowers cannot be left outside apartments or condos. If delivery cannot be completed, a re-delivery fee equal to 100% of the original delivery fee will be applied
