DELIVERY POLICY+ PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Orders placed by 12AM on weekdays (MST) are eligible for same day delivery. Business Delivery is guaranteed before 5PM and Residential Delivery before 6PM. When placing your online order, you can schedule your order for a future delivery date. We are closed and do not make deliveries on Sundays or Statutory Holidays. Please Contact Us directly to inquire about a timed delivery.

Scheduling a timed delivery requires at least 24 hours notice, excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays. During peak flower holidays, (Mother's Day, Valentines, and Christmas) we need to organize timed deliveries with our drivers. We will do our very best to meet your requests, but we cannot guarantee timed deliveries on flower holidays, including Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day due to the volume of deliveries. Please Contact Us directly to inquire about a timed delivery on a flower holiday.

 
SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Please remember that we work with a natural product and that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and colour and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary due to seasonality, weather or market conditions. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary. We buy flowers fresh daily from our suppliers. Therefore, occasionally a particular flower variety may be substituted for another flower that is of equal or of greater value. The designer will ensure that the style, theme and colour scheme of your arrangement will be preserved.

Our professional staff of floral designers are always eager to discuss any special design or product requests. Some unique flower varieties may require 3 to 7 days lead time to ensure that they are available on the day that you need them. When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to your request.

REFUND POLICY

For damaged product, a photo must be sent to flowers@smallflower.ca immediately after delivery has been made (within 4 hours of the arrival) for credit request claims to be considered.

We guarantee our flowers for 72 hours after flowers have been received if properly hydrated. 

Some individual stems will outlast others, which is normal. If you are not satisfied with your flowers' longevity or quality you must send an email to: flowers@smallflower.ca within 72 hours of delivery with a description and a photo before any credit request will be considered. Partial refunds may be issued for the value of the stems that have been affected, not the entire bouquet. Refunds are only issued in the form of an in-store credit to the customer for use towards future orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests must be submitted to us by email flowers@smallflower.ca. All orders for pickup and delivery must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the day of the original pickup and delivery date. An in-store credit will be issued for your use towards your next order.
