OUR PROCESS - How It Works & What to Expect
If you're unsure where to start and what to expect from your floral budget, we recommend checking out our Wedding Flower Budget Planner. It will provide you with a realistic understanding of what your budget can achieve. To begin, please fill out our Wedding Inquiry Form. This form is the first step in our "get to know you" process, where we want to learn more about you as a couple. The more details you provide, the more accurate our quote will be. We ask that you have your wedding date secure as well as your venue to ensure we have all the details need to determine your floral needs.
Once we have an overview of your wedding needs, we'd love to schedule a Google Meet virtual consultation. We only book a maximum of 20 full-service weddings per season to ensure excellent service and attention to your special day. Please allow 48-72 hours for correspondence, as we prioritize creating beautiful florals for our current clients. Rest assured, we'll devote the same focus and attention to your wedding day!

Are you planning a no fuss wedding, something simple, easy and looking for your most cost effective and stress free method to purchase your wedding flower. Our À la Carte Wedding may be exactly what you are looking for. No consultation needed we will do the heavy lifting for you.
THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
During our initial meeting, we'll get to know each other and discuss your must-haves and flower dreams. We'll gather details, consider logistics, and brainstorm ideas. It's helpful if you come prepared with a budget idea. We'll also discuss floral elements that suit your taste, the season, the venue, and the colour palette. Feel free to share any inspirational photos you may have or share your Pinterest Board with us. If you're still undecided, don't worry, we'll help you find your inspiration!
After our conversation, our design team will create ideas specifically tailored to your style, personality, and chosen venue. We'll design something special just for you!
THE DESIGN PROPOSAL
We'll present you with a floral design proposal inspired by you as a couple. First, we'll email you a quote and then work together to fine-tune the details. We want to ensure that you're excited and satisfied with the design.
PRICING
Based on your consultation, we'll prepare a customized quote for you.
BOOKING
To secure our services for your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. This retainer allows us to commit our time to you. Please note that date availability and ongoing design consultations are not guaranteed until we receive the retainer.
